If you become a member or frequent customer of Enterprise, you can enjoy many benefits: points for each rental day (redeemable for free days), special offers, free upgrades (subject to availability), cheaper coverage, car selection at pickup, half-price permits to leave the country, free drop-off, airport shuttle, shorter wait times, and more.
No, rentals with special promotions, discounts over 20%, vouchers, tour packages, insurance replacements, and promotional rates do not qualify.
All rentals made through Enterprise.com and AlamoElSalvador.com, with discounts of 20% or less, qualify for points.
Include your frequent flyer number when booking. If you forget, you can request retroactive credit by providing the rental contract number. You can do this in three ways:
  • Fill out the Points Request Form on our website.
  • Contact our office directly.
  • Send your claim by mail or email, including your name, rental contract number, frequent flyer number, and a copy of your boarding pass (if applicable). Address: Km 42 ½ Autopista a Comalapa, San Luis Talpa, La Paz, El Salvador.
